Shinto Joseph is currently working as Director – South East Asia Operations at LDRA Technology Pvt. Ltd, an associate of LDRA Ltd UK. He did his B.Tech in Computer Science from TKM College of Engineering, Kerala and MBA in Marketing from School of Business and Management, CHRIST Deemed to be University Bengaluru. He is a Distinguished Alumnus award winner from CHRIST.

With over 26 years of experience handling Embedded Software Life Cycle solutions, he has built many teams and companies in the embedded systems field. Working with cross-border delivery teams, technology partners and industry regulators in the defence, aerospace, automotive, industrial, medical, rail and nuclear sectors are his unique advantage. Today he concentrates on creating a healthy ecosystem in the mission, security and safety-critical systems domain in South East Asia.

His background includes his own venture in the year 2000 and an MNC start-up in 2010. His numerous papers in the industry, academic and government forums showcase his passion for innovation & skill-building. As an organizer of many international technology conferences and an active member in various industry, academic & professional bodies, Shinto works very closely with several government bodies and safety & security regulatory organizations.
