Vivek Tyagi is a Sr. Business Executive from the Semiconductor industry and working as Managing Director – Sales for Analog devices India since 1st Nov 2023.
Vivek has three decades of experience in Sales, Marketing, and Business Development in the Semiconductor, Data storage, and IT industries.

Vivek started as FAE with Philips Semiconductor ( Now NXP) in 1991 and joined Motorola Semiconductor in 1997 as Business Development Manager for the India region. Subsequently when Motorola spun off its semiconductor business as Freescale Semiconductor Vivek moved there and worked in various positions. The last position held was Country Manager and Sales Director for Freescale Semiconductor till Dec 2013.

In Jan 2014 Vivek joined SanDisk India as the first employee to start its sales operations in India as a Sales Director focussing on embedded and data center segments. in Year 2017 SanDisk was acquired by Western Digital and Vivek continued to work as Sr Director leading Western Digital Enterprise Sales in India Region till 2020. In 2021 Vivek joined www.rptechindia.com to start its embedded and semiconductor distribution practice where he worked till recently.

Vivek Tyagi has a bachelor’s in engineering in Electronics and an executive MBA from Columbia Business School, New York.
He has been on the board of the India Electronics and Semiconductor Industry Association for three years and its Chairman in the year 2022. Vivek has been on the advisory committee of Govt. of India, Ministry of Electronics and IT for a Policy Framework for Electronics manufacturing and for semiconductor Skilling. He also led the initiative to create the India Semiconductor market research report while at IESA
