Aseem Jakhar is a Cybersecurity Entrepreneur and Technologist with two decades of experience in cybersecurity strategy, product development, research, services, building and scaling teams and communities. He is currently working on solving the IoT Security problem with his latest venture EXPLIoT. He has previously bootstrapped impactful cybersecurity startups to multi-million dollar revenue. He co-founded Payatu, Nullcon, Hardwear.io and null – the open security community.
Before starting on his own, he worked with IBM as a Senior Engineer as part of ISS Proventia Product engineering team. Prior to that he held security engineering positions at Persistent Systems and Microworld (Escan AV).

He is an active speaker and trainer at renowned cybersecurity conferences like AusCERT, Black Hat, Defcon, Brucon, Hack.lu, Hack in Paris, Hack In The Box, PHDays, Zerocon, Xcon, Cocon and many more. He has authored various open source security software including:
