Hon Wong is a Business Development Manager for the Electronics and Semiconductor Industry in the Fluid and Thermal Domain for Siemens Digital Industries Software. He collaborates with sales and technical teams on a global scale to cultivate customer relationships and identify business opportunities. Additionally, he collaborates internally with product management teams to strategically advance Siemens’s Simcenter products, aligning with and fulfilling customer requirements. With over two decades of experience in the Electronics and Semiconductor industry, Hon’s expertise is in Electronics Cooling design and simulations. His proficiency extends to encompass HVAC and Data Center ventilation designs as well. He worked previously for BHR Group, Flomerics, Vestas and Mentor Graphics. He received his Bachelor of Engineering degree from the University of London and holds a Ph.D. from Cranfield University.
