Dr. Adarsh Kodhanda is a technopreneur specialising in the area of automation for aerospace and defence systems. He is an electrical engineer with a master’s degree in Modelling & Simulation from the Department of Applied Mathematics and a PhD in Control Systems from the Department of Aerospace Engineering of Defence Institute of Advanced Technology (DIAT) – Pune. He was employed with the Defence Research & Development Laboratory-Hyderabad, working for the system engineering aspects in design & development of submarine launched ballistic class of missiles. Further, while working with VTOL Aviation Pvt. Ltd located at IIT-Kanpur he was exposed to design of autopilots for UAVs of varied wight class and types. Subsequently, he has worked for Aeron systems Pvt. Ltd. where was involved in the development and testing of INS systems. He worked for a DST project at IIT-Hyderabad for design, development and testing of heavy payload cargo drones. Eventually, he founded and operates his startup- Aigen Labs LLP, delivering AI based automation solutions for various real-world engineering applications
