CHALLENGES AND SOLUTIONS IN IOT/ ROBOTIC POSITIONING TECHNIQUES AND AI-ASSISTED SOLUTIONS
Talk Abstract
"Challenges and Solutions in IoT/ Mobile Robotic Positioning techniques and AI-Assisted Solutions" Positioning techniques are very important in IoT and mobile robotics. There are a lot of intelligent techniques for mobile robotics localization and positioning, most of them using sensor fusion algorithms and estimation filters like Kalman filters. The development of these algorithms made breakthroughs in positioning, while compared with the same using single sensor measurements. Although sensor fusion techniques advanced faster, some challenges still remained unsolved. To overcome these problems Artificial Intelligence techniques are started to develop. In this session, it is planned to discuss the various challenges that affect mobile robot positioning and AI assisted solutions.
