Namaste,
First, allow me to thank you on behalf of the entire team at Electronics For You for enabling us to have a record turnout at the 2020 edition of India Electronics Week and IOTshow.in. For the first time in our history, we have crossed the 14,000-mark for business visitors. Students and family members further added to that strength.
Second, I do want to apologise for a few operational issues that stood out:
- Long queues to get food coupons and then to get the food at the counters
- Confusion caused between ‘Networking Lunch’ and ‘Packed Meals’
- Problems (for a few) where upgraded badge did not reflect at the Registration counter
- Many delegates expecting workshops to be included in our highest priced pass: All Business Pass
While there might have been more but these are the ones that repeatedly stood out. And, I assure you that we’re committed to ensure these never get repeated.
Third, important updates w.r.t. post-show deliverables:
- Login: You will be able to access all your post-show deliverables (presentations, videos, certificate of attendance, etc) by logging into your account, just like you had done for your badge
- Presentations: We will be uploading presentations of all speakers (who are authorised to share) on our website, by end of this week. These will be accessible by all of you.
- Videos: We will start uploading videos of all Conference sessions starting 1st of March, and it will take us about 2 weeks to edit and upload all videos. They will be accessible to registrants of All Business Pass and All Technology Conference Pass.
- Certificate of Attendance: Your certificate of attendance will be made available through your Login too. We are targeting to make these available by 24th March 2020, if not sooner.
Overall, we plan to get rid of coupons and lists and use scanners to streamline access to conference halls, workshop halls and facilities like the VIP Lounge and Food Zones.

Given the fact that the fear of Corona virus is causing leading events to get cancelled or postponed, and a Karnataka-bandh was called on day 1 of our event—it’s a sheer blessing from all of you that we had record turnout for our twin-events, and for that we cannot thank you enough…
